David’s story began on his family’s small vineyard, where he spent his childhood learning the craft under the guidance of his grandparents. Later, his passion for hospitality took shape during high school, giving him international experience at a young age.

Our paths first crossed at a restaurant by Lake Balaton in Hungary, where we both worked. From there, Niki headed straight to Odense for studies, while David’s journey took him to the Austrian Alps. After her studies, Niki joined David in Austria, and a few years later, we made our way back to Odense together.

Now, we’re here to share our passion for creating unforgettable experiences, pairing our cheerful spirit with exceptional wines and Champagne, all for you.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a stunning bar, with seating options at the counter, near the window, or at tables.

Toward the back, you’ll find our private room, affectionately nicknamed Bubble room. This cozy area is perfect for hosting small events and gatherings in a private, comfortable setting.
